Do I need a ticket?
No – this is a free event. You do not need a ticket to attend.
What are the opening times?
Stores: Open from 10am – 8pm
Concert: Gates open at 5pm, concert starts at 8pm and will continue into the evening.
Where is the concert taking place?
The concert will be held in Car Park A, directly opposite Nike. For directions and to plan your visit, click here.

Mobility Hire: Electric Scooters & Wheelchairs
We’re pleased to offer free mobility hire, including electric scooters and wheelchairs.
All equipment must be pre-booked in advance
During the event, scooters will need to remain within a designated accessible area to ensure safety and comfort for all guests

Please be aware, we may request the following information to ensure our accessible facilities are used by those who need them most.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Disability Living Allowance (DLA – care and/or mobility)
Letter from a medical professional
D/deaf or blind registration
Access Card or equivalent with a +1 symbol (if applying for a PA ticket)
Blue Badge (accepted for parking requests only)

Car Parks B, C, and the Multi-Storey will be open but likely to be very busy.
We recommend using public transport or walking where possible

By Train & Bus:
Ellesmere Port Railway Station is a 10 minute car journey away, with Chester Railway Station about 15 minutes away. Alternatively, visitors arriving to the Chester Railway Station can then take the 1 or X1 bus, which stops at the Designer Outlet.
Daily Stagecoach services to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet run from Chester, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port Town Centre. For details and booking: Stagecoach Timetable.
Cycling & Walking:
Cheshire Oaks is located a convenient 10 minute walk from Ellesmere Port Town Centre and is easily accessible from The Stanney Estate via a bridge. Cycle parking is available within car park C. Utilising these facilities will be at the cyclist’s own risk.

Can I bring glass?
No – glass is not permitted at this event for safety reasons.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, personal cameras and phones are allowed, but please note:
Professional photography equipment (e.g. zoom lenses, tripods)
Drones are not permitted.
What arrangements are there for Lost Property?
Guest Service's will be able to support with lost property enquiries. If you find something or notice anything unusual or concerning, please speak to event security or a Guest Services team member right away.
Bringing Children & Babies
We welcome families, but parents/guardians are responsible for deciding if the event is suitable for their children. Please note:
Some performances may include loud music or strong language
The event is standing only and may be crowded
Buggies & Pushchairs
Pushchairs and buggies are allowed, but:
Please be aware the area near the stage will be very crowded
Pull-along child wagons or carts are not permitted
Can I bring my dog?
While we’re a dog-friendly centre, we don’t recommend bringing dogs to the concert due to:
Large crowds
Loud noise
Limited space
For their comfort and safety, it’s best to leave them at home for this event.

Guest Services can direct you to the nearest toilets and baby changing facilities.
Where can I get help on the day?

Security at the Event
Your safety is our top priority. We’ve put a range of measures in place to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Visible security staff will be on patrol throughout the venue, both inside and outside
Sniffer dogs will also be on duty across the site
A comprehensive CCTV network is in operation and monitored from our event control room
We’re working closely with emergency services to deliver a well-planned and safe event
In addition to visible measures, a number of behind-the-scenes security protocols are in place to help keep everyone safe

Will there be bins and rubbish collection at the event?
Yes! We’re committed to keeping Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet clean and welcoming for everyone. There will be plenty of bins around the event site, and our regular rubbish collectors and dedicated litter pickers will be working throughout the day to keep the area tidy.
