No visit to East Midland's Designer Outlet this Christmas would be complete without seeing Santa, Mrs Claus and their elves. Our grotto will be open on Monday 17th November and will remain open right through to Christmas Eve!

Discover a magical Christmas at East Midlands Designer Outlet.

Join us as our centre transforms into a festive wonderland from Monday 17th November through to Christmas Eve!

This year, families can choose between two new enchanting experiences:

Storytime with Santa – Gather around and listen to Santa share a magical Christmas story.

Make Reindeer Food with Mrs Claus – Sprinkle some festive cheer by creating your very own reindeer food to take home.

Tickets for each experience are £7.50 per child. A proportion of all grotto proceeds will be donated to our Charity Partner of the Year – Kids Village: the UK’s first respite holiday village for children with critical illnesses.

Breakfast with Santa

No festive visit to East Midlands Designer Outlet is complete without meeting with Santa - and this year is no different! Book breakfast or supper with Santa at 200 degrees and treat your little ones to an experience filled with magic to remember. Kids will receive a free gift from Santa to top off an unforgettable visit for the whole family!

The event is by pre-advanced booking only. Tickets wil be released Tuesday 21st November.
