What event is Ashford Designer outlet hosting for Christmas 2025

This year, we are hosting our magical Santa’s Lodge experience. Where children and parents alike can find out about all of the magical secrets that Santa and his elves keep, such as how they fly around the world in just one night and how they get their reindeer to fly!

Will my child receive a gift?
No. All proceeds from this event will be donated to our charity partner of the year. Our low-priced ticket cost covers the full 30-minute experience and meeting with the big man himself. 

When does Santa’s Lodge open?
Santa’s Lodge opens on Saturday 29th November from 12pm to 5pm and will be open every day throughout December.

When does Santa’s Lodge close? 
Santa’s Lodge closes at 5pm, on Wednesday 24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve).

Will my child get to meet Santa? 
Yes, each family group will have an individual meet and greet with Santa.

What age is Santa’s Lodge suitable for? 
Santa’s Lodge is suitable for children aged 2 years to 10 years, but it really is fun for all!

How much will each ticket cost? 
Tickets for our Santa’s Lodge experience can be purchased for £5 per child. All proceeds raised will be donated to our charity partner of the year, Singleton Environment Centre. To find out more about our Charity partner of the year, and the important work they do - click here.

Do I need to book a ticket for accompanying adults too? 
Accompanying adults will not need a valid ticket to enter the experience/ there is a maximum of x2 accompanying adults per paying child. 

How long does each session last? 
Each session will last 30 minutes.

Are there any dedicated inclusive sessions available? 
Yes, our SEND Sessions are available for families who prefer a quieter and calmer environment. Please book the first or last session which will be taking place every Monday from 1st December to 22nd December. 

Why should I book in advance? 
This is a ticketed event so we recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment.

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked? 
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket, you can either print your ticket or show it on your mobile phone at the entrance to the experience.

Do you offer refunds? 
We regret that we are unable to refund unwanted tickets.

When should I arrive? 
We recommend that you arrive at the event no earlier than 10 minutes before your pre-booked time slot. Please note if you have a pushchair / pram we advise you to store these at Guest Services during your session.

Where is Santa’s Lodge located? 
Santa’s Lodge is located just down from Starbucks, opposite Kate Spade and Michael Kors. 

Is there access for wheelchairs? 
There is full disability access throughout Santa’s Lodge.

Can we take our own photographs with Santa? 
Yes, in fact, we encourage photos with Santa.
