And this is just the beginning: this opening marks the first step in a major transformation that will soon give our Center a whole new look.

The North Etrance Gets a Makeover

The charm of the half-timbered buildings now reigns at the northern entrance to our outlet village. The new construction is complete and majestic, and the interiors of the restrooms and the two new stores are now fully finished.

The Ravensbuger board game brand, famous for its puzzles and creative products, is installed in the first boutique, occupying a much larger space to better welcome visitors.

A magnificent Champagne-style restroom area is now open, offering comfort and authenticity to enhance your visit.

The second boutique will soon be home to an ultra-trendy brand, which we will reveal very soon… we can't wait!

These new facilities are conveniently located next to Mephisto, providing a practical and stylish space for all visitors.

Palais des Thés Is Now Open !

Palais des Thés now welcomes you on the new esplanade, right next to the new reception area and opposite the Maje store.

Step into a refined boutique dedicated to the art of tea, where every creation invites you on a journey of flavor. Discover a selection of single-origin teas, fragrant infusions, exceptional matcha, and elegant accessories designed to awaken your senses and elevate your moments of relaxation.

You can also enjoy Palais des Thés’ takeaway teas, the perfect way to savor a delicious break as you stroll through the Center.

Exceptional delivery !

During the night of September 3 to 4, an extraordinary operation took place: three monumental oak trees, each measuring over 16 meters high and weighing nearly 8 tons, were delivered and planted on site. Around thirty professionals were mobilized for almost eight hours to complete this impressive installation.

Specially transported from the Netherlands, these trees are part of a large-scale landscaping program. By spring 2026, no fewer than 140 new trees will enhance the outdoor areas, offering visitors an even more pleasant, green, and unique environment.

This initiative reflects our commitment to providing an ever higher-quality shopping experience, combining architecture, comfort, and respect for the environment.

Nigloland is coming...let the fun begin!

Starting at the end of July, construction will begin in front of Mephisto and Maison 123 to transform the current play area into a true Nigloland world! A brand-new 242 m² space dedicated to children. The cherry on top? Playful and enchanting themed zones, plus appearances by the park’s famous mascots. A family experience to discover starting this November!

Preserving Biodiversity at McArthurGlen Troyes!

Our Outlet Centre is being redeveloped in a sustainable manner that respects the environment and local biodiversity. At every stage of the work, we are taking steps to protect the diverse flora and fauna that make our area so unique. After conducting a survey of local species, we are planting native vegetation to preserve the ecosystem and natural environment.

But our commitment goes beyond that…. materials removed during construction are being recycled wherever possible, reducing the environmental impact of the renovation work. We are also installing electric vehicle charging stations and working directly with local artisans to promote a more sustainable economy.

As our Center celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, we have completely redesigned the customer journey to enhance the on-site experience for our visitors: new buildings and restaurants with Champagne-region architecture, new brands, eco-friendly innovations for better environmental performance—everything is being done to make your shopping experience even more memorable.
Parking has been redesigned, increasing capacity from 1,440 to 1,490 spaces. Forty spaces dedicated to electric vehicles will be installed in the central parking lot during the first half of the year, with an additional 40 spaces to follow by the end of 2025.

Nine new buildings will be constructed, along with 12 new commercial units ranging from 40 to 720 m², in addition to the 110 already existing. Five new dining establishments, complete with terraces and welcoming plazas, will also be introduced.

The walkways in front of the shops will be redesigned to be wider and complemented by renewed green spaces featuring native plant species that are less water-intensive and more resilient. Around 100 trees will be planted, and a new playground will be installed.

An event building, constructed from hemp, will be created to host animations, exhibitions, events, and even corporate seminars.
